Turning a complex review platforminto one clear story.

Revuzo is an AI-powered review and reputation management platform. We turned its product complexity into one clear narrative.

01 · The challenge

The hard part wasn't building it. It was explaining it.

Revuzo is powerful for its users, and there is a lot to land: review requests, reputation tracking, AI responses, local SEO and more. All of it, in one short explainer.

One of the many screens the explainer had to make sense of.

02 · The strategy

Feature dumping doesn't sell. Clarity does.

When a product does everything, the urge is to show everything, and a feature list makes the viewer do the work. Instead, every capability was reframed as a step in a chain the business owner already believes.

The feature list

  • Automated SMS requests
  • Email and WhatsApp outreach
  • Multi-platform review sync
  • AI sentiment analysis
  • Competitor benchmarking
  • Private feedback capture
  • Google Business management
  • QR codes and smart links
  • Local SEO and content

The story

  1. Higher ratings

    Automated review requests

  2. More trust

    Reputation and AI responses

  3. More customers

    Visibility and local SEO

One narrative. Every feature mapped to a step.

03 · The process

A script built on outcomes, not features.

We storyboarded the message as a sequence customers recognise, then let the product resolve it.

    Product understanding

  2. 02

  6. 06

04 · The finished work

From storyboard to final video.

One message, with every frame earning the next.

Beyond the explainer.

The takeaway

Most SaaS videos explain features. The best ones explain why those features matter.

  1. 1Lead with the outcome, not the interface.
  2. 2Pick one narrative spine, then map every feature to it.
  3. 3Show the product doing the work; don't narrate a feature list.
  4. 4Make the first two seconds a decision the viewer recognises.
  5. 5End on momentum: show the result, then make the ask.
